I have started a clothing collection as well. I have quite a bit already and am getting more by the day!! I am sorting them up by sizes in boxes. If you have something you can donate PLEASE do so!! Heck we could probably arrange to have it picked up!!
I also have books, VHS tapes and a few DVDs.
As a former bill collector I will be posting a few "tricks of the trade" on my blog in just a little while for anybody who is interested.
I know of several people that signe there checks over to families in need. That is what family is about an something that I am proud to see my Union family do. Please if you need help ASK!

My husband needed his meds filled and he went to his doctors office and explained he was on strike. They GAVE him 6 weeks of samples on one and 4 weeks on the other. They did not charge him anything as he did not see the doctor.
